1. Introduction
Allied Petroleum's web application (App) is supported by Re-X Australasia Limited. This digital receipting tool powered by Re-X Fuel Docket (the Service) is a software service that’s free for individual customers of participating stores to join and use.
By registering, and using the App, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our application immediately.
2. Account Registration and Requirements
You can join the Service by entering your mobile number at the payment terminal at selected Allied sites. The registration process links a secure unique fingerprint of your payment card to your mobile number so that digital receipts can be automatically issued when you pay for fuel. In all cases, you must be authorised to use any payment card or mobile number that you use in conjunction with the Service.
To use the App, you are required to:
- Create a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current information.
- Possess a compatible mobile device with continuous internet connectivity.
Please be aware that data usage charges by your telecommunications provider may apply when using our App.
3. Account Security
Once you have joined the Service, you will receive digital receipts via an SMS link that opens a mobile web application. SMS messages contain a temporary access code and must not be forwarded to or shared with any other person.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account by:
- Ensuring that you, and only you, access and use your account.
- Not sharing your account credentials or mobile device with others.
- Promptly updating your account details if changes occur in your information.
Should your mobile device be lost or stolen, or if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately to secure your account.
You can optionally provide an email address when prompted in the web application, in which case you will receive digital receipts via email.
4. App Services
You can view your digital receipts, unlink payment cards, update your communication preferences, or delete your profile at any time.
The App provides:
- Site Finder: Locate Allied Petroleum 24/7 Fuel Stops and Service Stations with ease using the app's built-in location services.
- Discounts and Promotions: Access discounts and promotions available only to App users.
Services are offered at our discretion and are subject to changes in availability and functionality without prior notice.
6. Offers and Rewards
- Discounts and promotional offers provided through the app are intended for personal use only and are not transferable.
- Promotions are applied at the time of eligible transactions initiated via the app.
7. Privacy
This Service never receives, processes, or stores your card
information.
We are committed to protecting your privacy:
- All personal information collected through the Allied Petroleum app is processed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
- Our comprehensive Privacy Policy is available for review and outlines your rights regarding personal information management.
8. Management of Your App and Account
You may delete your Allied Petroleum App account at any time via the app or by contacting our customer service team.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at our discretion. Updated terms will be published within the App, and continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Legal Compliance and Governing Law
