Recently our fuel stop in Ward (in Marlborough) featured on Country Calendar. Allied Petroleum operates the Ward fuel stop alongside the Flaxbourne Tearooms which are owned and operated by Dennis and Barbara Burkhart.
The Burkharts also own and operate a number of other businesses in the area (including a crayfish export business, a local motel and beef and grape farms) which provide well needed jobs in the small community of Ward.

This week we shifted our Cromwell Truck Stop to a new site on McNulty Road. Our new site located at 145 McNulty Road opened on Tuesday, 27th September, followed by the closure of our fuel stop at 1 Melmore Terrace on Wednesday, 28th September.
Customers using our new fuel stop can look forward to improved truck access, new equipment (which includes two hi-flow diesel pumps) and Alliedblue (a diesel exhaust fluid) at the pump. In addition to the new equipment, an illuminated canopy provides added security for customers who need to refuel their vehicles at night.
Motorists driving light vehicles will also enjoy the availability of 91 and 95 petrol grades at our new Truck Stop.
